Theatre Teacher / Mom/ Wife/ Director

I have taught theatre at Easton Arts Academy in Easton,PA for almost 5 years. I’m the director for Nazareth intermediate School theatre troupe for the last 9 years. I received my bachelors degree in early childhood from East Stroudsburg University but had a focus in theatre. I taught preschool for 10 years and implemented basic theatre for preschoolers during my time there. With 20 years in the education field I have taught grades preschool- 12th grade ranging from substitute teaching to running the threader program. Now the theatre teacher for 300 K-5th graders daily and implementing arts integration in the theatre classroom. In my free time I run my own photography business and enjoy volunteering for my daughters activities during her childhood. As well as spending time with ny husband of 19 years. I love sharing the importance of the arts in schools and hope to one day write my Dissertation on the pros of arts integration in elementary school.
