This week Jimmy talks with UK based teacher Ben Winter. He talks about inspiring young children, running a successful after school club, and musical theatre.

Ben trained at Arts Educational Schools London on the Musical Theatre Excelerate course and was fortunate to be able to both train and teach at NSG Performing Arts combining the two together. Ben began performing from a young age in singing, dancing and acting at Rising Stars Drama Group, St Albans Young Singers and Penny Waterman School of Dance.
Over the past ten years, Ben has been lucky enough to have performed in many local theatres and professional venues including: The Royal Albert Hall, Royal Court Theatre, Milton Keynes Theatre and Her Majesty’s Theatre in the West End with many distinguished performers as well as Brighton Fringe and The Alban Arena.
Other teaching experience includes PQA, Top Hat Stage and Screen school, Theatre train, Club Excel, PERFORM, NSG Performing Arts, Dan Tien School of Performing Arts, CASPA Schools, Little Angel Theatre.
Ben enjoys working with young children of all ages no matter their level or experience, seeing their confidence grow and having fun in a non pressure environment.
